What areas do you serve? When are you available?

We are available for events 365 days a year, including holidays. We serve the greater East Tennessee area. We do go outside this area for an additional travel fee.

 What can I expect from the dinosaurs?

Discover the magic of our realistic dinosaur costumes, designed for unparalleled mobility! Our dinos will walk, run, swing their tails, move their heads, open and close their mouths, and emit authentic roars, just like the dinosaurs that roamed the Earth 60 million years ago. The puppeteer inside expertly controls the movements, ensuring you can't see them while they bring the costume to life.
Our baby dinosaurs are just as captivating as their larger counterparts. They roar and blink like real dinosaurs, and spectators love the chance to pet our adorable baby dinos!
But that's not all! These dinosaurs thrive on interaction and are eager to engage in games with humans.

How long can performers stay inside the giant dinosaur suits?

For a fun outdoor parade on a beautiful day, a performer might spend up to 30-60 minutes engaging with the crowd. However, during a hot birthday party filled with lots of running around and interaction, it’s understandable that the performance may only last around 20 minutes.
We recognize that performers often need breaks. During those moments, our dedicated out-of-suit employees are ready to step in with the baby dinosaurs to keep everyone entertained while the performer takes a much-needed rest.

Can you set up outdoors and indoors?

We set up inside or outside *weather permitting* Outdoor venues are always welcome! However, if you are planning an outdoor party, please have a backup plan in the event of bad weather.

How much space is needed?

The space will vary based on the type of event. Our East TN Dino staff will discuss the requirements with you during the booking process.

Do you need electricity?

We do ask for access to one electrical outlet with 50 feet from where we will be set up.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your event up to eight days before the event date. The deposit charged at the time is not refundable, although we are happy to apply this amount to a future party of your choice. If the booking is cancelled with less than eight days notice, you will be responsible for payment of the fee in full, although this may also be applied to a future party.

How is payment handled? Do you accept credit cards?

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking. The balance is charged 48 hours prior to your event. For schools and corporate events, we can process a purchase order, or accept payment via a company check or credit card.

My children are younger, so should I hire baby dinos instead?

Children of all ages adore our large Dinosaur! We recommend hiring the baby dinosaurs as an add-on so that children can also meet our baby  Stegosaurus and Raptor. Our handheld Baby Dinosaurs are simply adorable and an excellent introduction for smaller children who might be too shy to meet our larger Dinosaurs.
